Customer Service Advisor

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join an inbound team for a well-Known Distribution company Based in Wigan, Martland Mill Industrial, WN5 area.

You will be working within the Customer Service Advisor call centre to ensure that First class customer service is Provided.

Working Hours:

On average 40 hours per week. 5/6 days per week, Monday - Saturday. Various shift patterns between 07:00 - 19:00. (Working Saturday is required)

Pay Rate:

£8.72 Per hour - Weekly pay.

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join one of the UK’s largest and most successful Security and Facilities Management Companies as Payroll Administrator, working at the Company’s head office in Newton-le-Willows, Merseyside.

You will need to have previous experience in a payroll.

Salary: £30,000.00 per annum.

What the role is:

As Payroll Administrator you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of payroll and ensure all aspects of payroll are dealt with in compliance with legislation and in a timely manner.

What we need from you - skill base requirements:

The successful Payroll Administrator will have previous experience in payroll and be willing to enter an environment where they will be tested through the high demand of the role. A high level of problem solving and attention to detail will be crucial. In house experience in a high volume payroll environment - this is essential!

  • Knowledge of all aspects of payroll processing and HMRC/legislative requirements.
  • Strong organisation, planning and time management skills with high attention to detail and an ability to plan and prioritise to meet timescales and deadlines
  • Problem solving skills/ability to deal with all payroll challenges as they arise.
  • Experience working with ADP or a similar payroll provider an advantage

What you will be doing and how to achieve success

  • Running payroll from start to finish
  • Working with ADP to process monthly payroll for 2,500 employees
  • Dealing with queries for SMP, SSP, TAX & NI
  • Handling of payroll queries for employees and direct line managers
  • Processing starters and leavers
  • Completing routine payroll data entry on systems
  • Attachment of earnings process
  • Auto-Enrolment and Pension assessment including submissions to the workplace pension scheme
  • Processing confidential data and applying updates
  • Ensuring the verification and validation of data

Job conditions include:

  • Standard hours 40 per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with additional hours as the job may at times require;

We are currently looking for FLT Counterbalance drivers on an ongoing position for a well-established global hygiene and health company based on Trafford Park.

You must be able to work shift pattern - 4 on 6 off

2 x Days 6.30am to 6.30pm 

2 x Nights 6.30pm to 6.30am

Work extra shifts (overtime) as required due to business needs and holiday cover

The role

  • General FLT work and working with attachments (Bale clamps & Pole)
  • Collecting broke from converting lines and either bailing or using to make a fresh batch
  • Making Batches for the papermaking machine
  • Completing raw material usage sheet (Kybreak)
  • Removing bales from the balers and storing them in the correct areas or using for a fresh batch
  • Label up bales as required if mixed broke (Coloured/ Tissue/ Towel)
  • Complying with all site safety rules
  • Responsible for area standards –storing bales and pallets in correct areas and general housekeeping
  • Punctual and reliable to fulfil shift rota’s
  • Work extra shifts (overtime) as required due to business needs and holiday cover

The role will include an onsite induction, FLT assessment and ongoing training

Kingdom Recruitment are acting as an Employment Business for our client in Oldham. We are recruiting HGV Class 1 (C E) Drivers for Day/Night work.

This position is based on a Temporary assignment, however, will be long term and on going for the all year round. This is not your usual agency work – it is regular!

The Job

Working for one of the UK’s leading Media distribution companies, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of Live Media – Newspaper’s, Magazines and other media. The work is generally trunk work but on the odd occasion it may be up to 5 deliveries, so please consider your flexibility before applying. This work is clean and straight forward. The vehicles are new curtainsiders. No manual handling.

We have shifts to suit, including a regular run on Saturday night and Sunday day for up to 8 Drivers.

Shift Pattern

Monday to Sunday (shifts to suit are available – 365 days of the year)

Start times from 06:00am through to 23:00pm. We can match the start time to suit your needs.

Even if you work elsewhere but the agency is not giving you that extra day every other weekend that you want please get in touch as we have regular work every week/weekend.

Pay & Benefits (Based on PAYE). Please give us a call to discuss the LTD rates.

Basic Requirements

·To have valid RTW documentation

·To have a current UK Driving licence with Category C E Entitlement, with no more than 6 minor points. A DVLA Check will be carried out during registration.

·To have driven within the last 180 days as a C E Driver

·Previous employment as a C E Driver is essential for this role.

·Able to commit to long term work.
