Job Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen to apply for a Customer Service Advisor role in the Middleton area of Manchester.

About Us 

Our client is a leading supplier of Football shirts, kits plus various other sportswear.

About The Role 

The position is to handle inbound customer calls.

Main Duties 

You will handle customer queries via inbound calls and respond to queries, questions and complaints.

Ideal Candidate 

A candidate with a strong customer service background who has excellent communication skills.

Hours 

On Average 22.5 Hours Per Week - Monday to Wednesday 10.00 am to 18.00 pm.

You will be required to work either a Saturday or Sunday once a fortnight.

Pay Rate

£8.75 per hour
