Customer Service Advisor

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join an inbound team for a well-Known Distribution company Based in Wigan, Martland Mill Industrial, WN5 area.

You will be working within the Customer Service Advisor call centre to ensure that First class customer service is Provided.

Working Hours:

On average 40 hours per week. 5/6 days per week, Monday - Saturday. Various shift patterns between 07:00 - 19:00. (Working Saturday is required)

Pay Rate:

£8.91 Per hour - Weekly pay.

The Role:

• Providing first class customer service

• Dealing with a high volume of telephone orders

• Taking ownership of the customers’ needs

• Part of a strong customer service.

• Strong customer service background

• Great attention to detail

• Outstanding communication skills

• Able to prioritize workload

• IT Competent

The work is regular and ongoing and possible temp to perm for the right candidate.
