FLT Reach Driver Nights

About Us

Our client is a leading manufacturer of high-end quality beds and mattresses.

Easy to reach location via Bus or Road, with free onsite parking available.

Job Location:                    Ashton Under Lyne                       

Standard Pay Rate:           £11.00 per hour                                                   

Overtime Pay Rate:          Overtime available                                                                       

Working Hours:                40 hours per week plus

Days of Work:                   Sunday 23:00 to 06:00,  Monday to Thursday 22:00 to 06:00.                   


About the role

Every employee is tasked with delivering the same quality of product and a reliable service to offer our customers. We are looking for an experience FLT driver to work on a Night shift.

FLT Driver – Reach Loading & Unloading wagons. Moving palletised and non-palletised goods around the warehouse. Will be required to work on the production line around FLT responsibities. 

What we need from you

  • Previous experience in a production environment
  • In date accredited External FLT licence (RTITB or equivalent), unfortunately we can not accept inhouse licences
  • 12 months Experience operating a Reach Truck / Loading
  • Be confident in communicating with your colleges
  • Safety Boots & a Hi-Vis jacket must be worn at all times.
  • Have strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Have the ability to multi task and prioritise tasks.
  • Be a strong team player.
  • Free Parking / Staff Canteen / Regular shifts
