French Speaking Customer Service Advisor

An excellent opportunity has arisen to apply for a French Speaking Customer Service Advisor in the M24 Area.

About Us - Our client is a leading supplier of Football shirts, kits plus various other sportswear

About The Role - The position is to handle both inbound calls and emails, no outbound sales targets or upselling You will handle customer queries advising customers how to use the website, product and sizing information, delivery tracking, problem resolution , you must be a native speaker in French and fluent in English, a requirement will be able to work at one of the 2 sites  

Main Duties - You will handle customer queries via inbound calls and emails advising customers how to use the website, product and sizing information, delivery tracking, problem resolution, you must be a native speaker in French and fluent in English

Ideal Candidate - A candidate with good customer service background who is a native speaker in French and fluent in English both written and spoken, 6 Months Customer Services Exp. 

 

Hours - On Average 37.5 Hours Per Week Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm plus 1 day in 2 weekends, Tues to Sat 8/4, 9/5 or 10/6, Sun to Thurs 8/4, 9/5 or 10/6, Mon to Fri 12noon to 8pm (this all depends on the shift pattern you choose) £9.00ph, any over time will be paid at £13.50.
