Job Description

We are require Class 2 HGV Bin Lorry Drivers to work out of our client in the Gorton area

  • This work is based on a temporary assignment but could become permanent for the right candidate
  • You must have had your licence for 2 years, have a digi card and CPC
  • The working week is Monday to Friday predominantly, but overtime may be available.
  • Start time is 06:30
  • Some days you can be done early, and you get paid for the full day, although some days it may be full days or later dependant on the daily work/issues etc
  • Experience within the Waste Recycling industry is advantageous however, full training will be given. The induction is 2 days and is paid.
  • Pay Rate: £10:90 first 39 hours then £16.35 after 39 hours
  • You are required to be physically fit as part of your duties may include loading.
  • Registration will take place immediately on site With a potential immediate start after induction.
  • Possible full time positions for the right candidates

We are looking for 4 HGV Class 2 refuse drivers to work for one of our most valuable clients based in Gorton.

REGULAR WORK!

The working week is Monday to Friday predominantly but overtime may be available. Usual working day would be from 0630 till 1430. Some days you can be done early, and you get paid for the full day, although some days it may be full days or later dependant on the daily work/issues etc. The job will be temp to perm for the right candidates.

Requirements:

  • Full HGV Class 2 licence (Min 2 years)
  • No more than 6 minor penalty points
  • Valid CPC and Tacho
  • Working knowledge of domestic hours regulations and driver log books and how to complete them would be advantageous however, full training will be given.
  • Experience within the Waste Recycling industry is advantageous however, full training will be given. The induction is 2 days and is paid.

Pay rates:

  • £11.20/h basic
  • £16.80/h o/t paid after 39 hours
  • £16.80//h Saturday and Bank holiday
  • £22.40/h Sunday
