We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Agent to join a leading sportswear company based in Middleton.

Location: Middleton Manchester
Pay Rate: £8.21p/h
Days of work: Monday to Friday with 1 day at the weekend (compensated with a day off during the week)
Hours of work: Between the hours of 08:00 to 20:00

Duties will include:

 

  • Responding to inbound calls from customers and clients
  • Processing order details onto the computer system
  • Liaising with customers in both Spanish and English either via the telephone or e mail. 
  • Checking product availability 
  • Chasing delivery information

This is an ongoing position possibly leading to permanent contract. Our ideal candidate will have previous experience within a call centre environment..

About The Role 

The position is to handle both inbound calls and emails, no outbound sales targets or upselling.

You will handle customer queries advising customers how to use the website, product and sizing information, delivery tracking, problem resolution.

You must be a native speaker in German and fluent in English and a requirement will be able to work at one of the 2 sites.

Main Duties 

You will handle customer queries via inbound calls and emails advising customers how to use the website, product and sizing information, delivery tracking, problem resolution, you must be a native speaker in German and fluent in English

Ideal Candidate 

A candidate with good customer service background who is a native speaker in German and fluent in English both written and spoken.

6 Months previous Customer Services Experience. 

Hours 

On Average 37.5 Hours Per Week - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm plus 1 day in 2 weekends / Tuesday to Saturday 8/4, 9/5 or 10/6 / Sunday to Thursday 8/4, 9/5 or 10/6 / Monday to Friday 12 pm to 8 pm.

Start / End times - (8am to 8pm dependent on which shift pattern you choose)

First 4 weeks will be full training Monday to Friday 9.00 - 17.00 then you will go on your assigned shift.

 

Pay Rate

£9.00 per hour - Monday - Friday, any over time will be paid at £13.50 per hour.
