Job Description

Xpress Solutions are currently recruiting for a  Receptionist/Administrator to work for our client based in Newton Heath Manchester.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a can do attitude and be able to cope under pressure.

This is a customer facing role therefore you must be well presented and have a passion for great customer service! 

Main duties

  • Answering & directing telephone calls
  • Meeting & Greeting in our reception area
  • Photocopying Documents
  • Keeping appointment diary up to date
  • General office duties
  • Min 12 Months experience in a similar role 

Working hours
Monday to Friday 37.5 Hours per week between the hours of 08:00 - 20:00 therefore working hours may vary.

You must have experience in a similar role and be competent in Word, Outlook and Excel.
