We are looking for an Electrical Assembler to work for our Rotherham based client.

Summary of the Electrical Assembler position:

• The pay: £9.70 PH.
• The Location: Rotherham.
• The Hours: Monday- Thursday 08:00 – 17:00, Friday: 08:00- 14:00.
• The Job: Your main responsibility will involve assembling electrical products using manual dexterity & hand tools.
• The Person: Previous assembly experience, including wiring, is advantageous.
• The benefits: Accessible via public transport, training provided, onsite parking, canteen facilities, weekly pay, overtime is available, and a half-day every Friday!

A successful Electrical Assembler might have:

• Previous assembly experience, including wiring. (Advantageous, not essential).
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Able to work to targets.
• A strong work ethic.
• A good eye for detail, and constantly strive for quality and accuracy.
• The ability to work well as part of a team or alone.
• Experience at successfully delivering against challenging goals and targets.

Daily duties of an Electrical Assembler include:

• Assembling electrical products using manual dexterity & hand tools.
• Wiring and testing products.
• Working with small intricate parts.
• Reading written and digital diagrams and working to customer specifications.
• Working to targets with speed and accuracy, whilst ensuring quality is of a high standard.
• Packing and despatch work.
• Assembly line work.
