Job Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen to apply for a Recruitment Resourcer role with Kingdom Recruitment, based at our Office in Oldham, OL1 area.

The applicant must have experience of managing a high volume of telephone calls and be able to work in a very fast paced environment.

Pay:£18,532 per annum.

Monthly Pay 15th

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm

A Recruitment Resourcer will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring applicants for all current vacancies, reviewing CVs, arranging interviews, sending applications to candidates and relevant management and holding candidate interviews via telephone and video link.
  • Responding promptly and professionally to a high volume of internal and external telephone calls and emails and handle effectively to a satisfactory conclusion.
  • Promptly passing telephone messages onto relevant departments/people within the company.
  • Assisting management and the recruitment team with any recruitment related administration duties.
  • Regularly checking details and records within the company’s employee and client database.
  • Accurately updating the company recruitment database on a daily basis.
  • Be involved in producing recruitment statistics upon management request.
  • A range of general administrative duties are included within this role.

Skills Required:

  • Experience in a similar role or having a Call Centre background
  • Articulate & a good communicator
  • Proficient in using a computer (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Trustworthy & reliable
  • Organised, confident and have a polite telephone manner
  • Flexible & able to prioritise an ever changing to do list
  • Self-motivated & able to work in a team
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast paced environment
