Job Description

We are currently recruiting an experience Customer Service Advisor Team Leader to with previous experience to join an inbound team for a well-Known Distribution company based in Wigan Martland Mill Industrial.

You will be working within the Customer Service Advisor call center as Team Leader to ensure that First class customer service is provided.

The role:

  • Managing Staff Rota’s.
  • Absences.
  • Performance and productivity.

About you:

  • • Strong customer service background
  • • Great attention to detail
  • • Outstanding communication skills
  • • Able to prioritise workload
  • • IT Competent

Previous work in logistics sector would be preferred but not essential

Working Hours:

Shift patterns are 7am-7pm Monday - Sunday (5 over 6 usually and Sunday is infrequent but may be required)

Role: Temporary - 6 month contract with  the possibility of turning in to a permanent role

Salary: £18,532 pa (pro rata for part time)
