Job Location:                       Hollinwood, Oldham                  

Standard Pay Rate:             £9.88 per hour - Weekly pay

Working Hours:                   40 hours per week                                                 

Days of Work:                     Monday to Friday, Rotating shifts between 06.00 - 14.00 & 14.00 - 22.00                


About the role

Working as part of the team of Testers your role will be to test all audio products once they have been repaired by the engineers and before they go back out to the customer.  

Specifics

  • Working as an Audio Tester testing audio equipment in the warehouse 
  • Once items have been tested and are correct they will go back to the customer.

What we need from you

  • Must be self-motivated and a willingness to learn.
  • Must have previous experience of testing electronic products, preferably audio background
  • Working on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Good computer skills
  • Must have a keen eye for detail
  • Composite safety boots

Induction on first day, full on the job training. This is ongoing and possibility of a permanent job at the end.

About the role

Working in the stores department controlling stock levels and ensure movement of items is documented. 

Specifics

  • To ensure all components/items which move in and out of stores is documented, raise GRN’s for incoming stock. 
  • When faulty/incorrect goods are received follow procedures to return them and update the returns spreadsheet accordingly
  • Matching components to the correct job, issue components/items to those who require them, maintain component stock control using PC database
  • Provide feedback to team leader with any stock issues that need to be adjusted or reviewed
  • Update the BOSS repair/tracking system with information as required 
  • Be familiar with operational procedures/H&S

What we need from you

  • Must have 8 - 12 months previous stores and purchasing experience 
  • Must be self-motivated and a willingness to learn.
  • Working on own initiative.
  • Must have intermediate computer skills / Good knowledge of IT.
  • Must have a keen eye for detail
  • Composite safety boots

Induction on first day, full on the job training. This is ongoing and possibility of a permanent job at the end.

On site induction, Full training provided, on site car park, close to tram and bus links, weekly pay
