Job Location:                       Heywood, Oldham  (OL10) On site parking - nearest bus stop in Heywood town centre - app 20 min walk from bus stop to site              

Standard Pay Rate:             

Day Shift           £8.91 pre 12 weeks - increase to £9.50 per hour after 12 weeks    paid between the hours of  5am and 12am

Night Shift rate  £9.21 pre 12 weeks - increase  to £11.95 per hour after 12 weeks  between the hours of 12am - 5am 

 

We are currently looking to build the team on the late shift.

Working Hours:                    Sunday to Saturday  18:00-02:00          14:00-22:00        you will be requested to work any 5 from 7 shifts


About the role 

  • Picking and packing using voice pick head set
  • Alot of walking and standing 
  • Completing delivery put away onto shelves
  • Loading items onto cages
  • Taking cages to despatch area.
  • Working as part of a team practicing clean as you go.
  • Working to deadlines and targets
  • Will involve weekend working 

What we need from you

  • Own transport or lives local to area would be advantage due to the shift start and finish times as no direct bus route to site

  • Students considered depending on flexibility for shifts
  • Must be Over 18
  • Must be self-motivated and a willingness to learn.
  • Working on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Excellent English both written and Oral.
  • Must be computer literate
  • Punctual and flexible as start and finish times may vary
  • Ideally previous warehouse experience
  • Must have a keen eye for detail
  • Hi Vis vest required

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE A FLEXIBLE APPROACH TO SHIFT PATTERNS, AS SHIFTS ARE PLANNED WEEKLY DEPENDENT ON CLIENT REQUIREMENTS.
