Specialist support services for adults with a learning disability and autism who may have a dual diagnosis, including associated complex needs.
Due to each resident having their own apartment we are able to provide a supportive setting which enables each individual to flourish in developing their own life skills. We believe the environment we have created will offer opportunities for personal growth and independence. We will support the person to develop areas identified such as household tasks, managing finances, finding their way around, attending appointments, accessing public transport, forming positive social skills, therapeutic crisis management, developing further in education, finding work and supporting them to make decisions.
The skills residents build with us at Cristal Care will be part of their learning and development plan. They will have been supported to create this plan which will aim to achieve their dreams, goals and aspirations and map the progress made whilst living with us. We want everyone who lives with us to lead a happy and fulfilled life.
Our residents are at the centre of the care and support they will receive with us. They will be involved in making all decisions about their lives and writing their own support plans
We are like an extended family, we care for the people we support, willing to go the extra mile and work in a professional manner. The relationships we develop with parents, family members and friends of the residents we support are key to our ability to care for people.
We work closely with healthcare authorities and clinical commissioning groups building a good rapport. If the individual’s goal is to progress and move onto living independently we will help them achieve this through our trained staff team.

Viridor have been using Kingdom Recruitment to supply temporary labour for the last 4 years across all of our Greater Manchester sites, including St Helens, Skelmersdale, Runcorn and Sheffield.
We have developed a great working relationship, mainly due to the dedication and service that the team give us. The quality of temporary staff that have been provided have been of a high standard.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Kingdom Recruitment to not only Waste/Recycling businesses, but to any business who require a temporary labour provider.
William Kitchen
Milliken have used Kingdom for the provision of their peak labour requirements since June 2004. I would like to thank them for the support and commitment that has been provided with consistently high quality recruitment services over that period. They advocate a long term approach recognising the need to recruit a high calibre workforce that will engage with the companies philosophies and standards. The commitment and dedication has been second to none and I would have no hesitation in recommending Kingdom to any forward thinking organisation seeking a recruitment partner.
Hadfields have used Kingdom Recruitment for temporary agency labour since 2009. They have always provided staff of a high calibre, so much so that many are now permanent employees. The service levels that Kingdom work to are superb and they always manage our ad hoc requirements with efficiency and speed. I hope to continue our working relationship for many years to come and have no hesitation in recommending them to any forward thinking organisation requiring a recruitment service.
I have dealt with Kingdom Recruitment for three years in my current role as an Operations Supervisor, which is supervising the day to day cleansing operation in the City Centre of Manchester.
I have been supplied with staff for both the City Centre cleansing operation, and for the numerous events the City holds such as Manchester International Festival, the annual Christmas Markets and other smaller events. I have found the staff provided have been hard working, polite, punctual and will to go the extra mile.
The on-site support has been extremely helpful, when any problems/issues have arisen during the time that the staff have been with us, I would have no hesitation in taking on some of the staff in a full time role, when full time vacancies become available.
I would highly recommend Kingdom Recruitment as a temporary labour provider.
Mr Graham Hodson-Ridgway
I have used Kingdom Recruitment for a number of years now and the office staff are really friendly and extremely helpful and have helped me out with staffing at very short notice, they are contactable 24 hours a day and at weekends. The staff are hard working friendly and very reliable, they fit in with the staff I have on site and work to a very high standard. I have contracts on customer sites and it is vitally important to me that I maintain a high standard of work and Kingdom Recruitment have helped me achieve that.
